These parking rules have become a daily hurdle for both local businesses and the customers they serve. As per the City of Hickory's current parking restrictions, a stern 'three-hour limit' is enforced. In an industry where appointments often last beyond these three hours, this presents a significant challenge.

This seemingly minor issue impacts the daily lives and jobs of numerous individuals, not just my spouse, but also those who come into town to avail services like hairdressing, which are time-consuming by nature.
