Westside Trail Wins Award

Thanks to the City of Santa Cruz, the Westside Trail has just been recognized for its multi-modal design, engineering and access for all. THANK YOU FOR HELPING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.

And please make sure to oppose the deceptive and anti-Rail Trail "Greedway" ballot measure likely on the June ballot. It will delay the rest of our County's portion of the Monterey Bay Scenic Rail Corridor by at least a decade and will almost certainly kill any chance of rail transit or statewide connections for our County.

But it will greatly enrich the mid-County property owners funding "Greedway" who want nothing more than to get rid of rail forever and to get paid hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars if we want to keep the trail we'd otherwise get with rail.
