My husband founded Cons Can Care and thru phone calls home several times a day, he is running Cons Can Care. This was Toms dream for years to be able to change how familys of inmates obtain information and to be able to set up resources in advance for inmates coming home. Our future goals are to be able to get Cons Can Care into every Md pre release program and to set up a straight talk program for at youth risks.
