So as you all SHOULD know I WON my Campaign to get Dedicated Miscarriage Facilities within Maternity Hospitals in Scotland! The Campaign has been included in Maree Todd MSP Womens health Plan! It is also in Scottish National Party (SNP) Manifesto (page 24) & The Liberal Democrats Manifesto! Dr Lisa Cameron MP has taken my Campaign to Westminster& Beatrice Wishart MSP took my Campaign to Holyrood! Of Course I have had the best guidance & support from Councillor Fiona Dryburgh . The Scottish Government have said these facilities should be in place by 2024 with the Signposts starting early next year!
The Past Year and a bit I have put myself&my family out there into the media and Social Media, I have regurgitated my Story over and over&I'm still fighting as I want all uk Maternity Hospitals to follow Suit! I'm not Afraid to open up and talk about my Miscarriage and I'm encouraging all women and men when there ready to break the silence and speak up!
NOW heres the part that YOU can play SHARE OR TAG people in this status (Copy&past) and let's spread the word that these Facilities will happen&let's get them into a Maternity hospital near YOU!
For everything that I have done I'm not asking alot of YOU!! REMEMBER its 1/4 Women! YOU your daughter, close family member someone in your Friends circle! Trust me No one wants to deliver there sleeping baby in a ward dedicated to live babies! Thank You!
