I'm closing this petition

Someone has decided to open a duplicate petition for saftey measures along alban way. I feel that there is no point in having two petitions open at the same time, petitioning for the same thing, so I am closing this petition.

Thanks to everyone who has supported me through this process. I will be emailing the council to inform them that someone new is now at the head of this petition, and the "safety walk" that was in the works will now need to be reorganised with the new petitioner. I hope this doesn't alter our progress in any way and I thank you all for your support.
