Dear Friends:

In two weeks the Democratic led House will be sworn in and Committees will begin their work under new Chairs and with fresh energy. Our petition asks for a an important Health Care policy that should be addresses right away. Because of the Opioid crisis, a high risk group of Americans would be greatly advantaged by PrEP. There are so many "at risk" groups that this should not be a wedge issue for our Congress. Women, African Americans, Latinos, LGBTQ, Our Children all would benefit from PrEP awareness and availability. Now is the time to publicize this issue, to gain signatures in order to leverage our representatives to act and to educate. The Center for Disease Control posts videos on YouTube consistently educating people about PrEP and supporting our position. Here's one more to share with your loved ones. During this Holiday season, one of the gifts we can give, is to make sure when January 3rd arrives-- we're ready to take our issue to Congress.
