Sorry for the delay in any updates, but I did want you to know that the City informed me today that they are continuing to aggressively pursue a number of actions to force compliance with the station's use permit and other city requirements. Phillips 66 representatives are involved, but what they're actually doing is not yet clear. MANY THANKS to the City Council and staff who have driven this process from the beginning. I, for one, am continuing to spend my money at other local gas stations until ALL OF THE ISSUES at this station have been resolved, which may take a long time. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS AND VISITORS KNOW TO USE OTHER LOCAL GAS STATIONS WHEN NEEDED.
