We, Filipinos Stand with Captain Dado Enrique in Fighting Marcos Jr's Alleged Corrupt Gov

The Issue

We, the undersigned, emanating from the diverse sectors representing the Filipino people including members of the Filipino Guerilla Forces (FGF), retired military personnel, veterans of the Moro National
Liberation Front (MNLF), stand united in support of Capt. Dado Enrique's fight against the alleged rampant corruption, abuse, and neglect within our government.

Petition Manifesto:

Unite Against Marcos Jr. administration's allegedly Notorious Tyranny, Toxic  Suppression of the Freedom of Expression, Sickening Abuses of Power, Widespread Corruption, Blatant Cronyism, and Grave Injustice in the government resulting in severe poverty, unemployment, discontentment, and CHAOS.

Proofs of Marcos Jr's Allegedly Moronic Governance:

Ayuda: Politicians often use government funds intended for the poor as a form of political patronage such as vote buying or campaign funds

NO Genuine Program on Poverty Alleviation:  a whopping  63 percent of Filipinos are living in poverty based on the December 2024 record, marking the highest level since November 2003, which recorded 64 percent. For the entire year, the average self-rated poverty was 57 percent, a level not seen in over two decades. This data indicates that more than half of Filipino families perceive themselves as poor, raising alarms about the broader socioeconomic conditions in the country.  Filipino families are now registered as poor, squeezed by heavy debt loads and inflation.

WHAT IS THE MARCOS, JR GOVERNMENT DOING?

Misappropriation of funds: Marcos signed an unconstitutional General Appropriation Act for 2025 unmindful of education, health, and agriculture.

THIS LOOKS LIKE A CRIMINAL ACT!

Maharlika Fund: The absence of genuine transparency and accountability from the administration questionable transfers, such as the ₱117 billion PDIC fund and ₱250 billion Maharlika Fund.

IT SEEMS LIKE GRAFT AND CORRUPTION AT THE HILT!

Marcos Jr must undergo a reliable drug test as credible witnesses had emerged accusing him of being a drug addict.

WE NEED A PROOF  SURROUNDING  THE PRESIDENT'S MENTAL, AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING.

Abusive Law Enforcement: Law enforcement agencies, even the Senate and the Congress act and speak wantonly without fear of accountability, knowing that their actions, however blatant and brutal, are legalized and sanctioned by the highest levels of government. Private citizens' private property can be raided deliberately, and congressional and senate guests are condemned, shamed, and even detained without due process.

NOTHING MORE INSANE THAN THIS!

AMID THIS PAIN AND MISERY  INFLICTED BY MARCOS, JR ON THE FILIPINO PEOPLE, WE CAN ONLY RESORT TO GOING BACK TO OUR CONSTITUTION TO GUIDE US AND LEAD US TO REDEMPTION.

Constitutional Mandate: The 1987 Philippines Constitution asserts that sovereignty resides in the people and all government authority emanates from them; (Section 1, Article II). Moreover, it guarantees
the freedom of speech, expression, and assembly (Section 4, Article III). However, these principles appear increasingly ignored or misinterpreted by our country's inept government officials.

Our Demands:

• Open all government funds to public scrutiny to
ensure transparency.

. BBM must undergo a public hair follicle test

• A comprehensive Commission on Audit (COA)
review with active citizen participation.

• Revisiting and repealing policies like Concurrent
Resolution No. 10 allows unchecked financial
certifications.

• Overhauling the budget formulation process for
increased transparency.

Call to Action:

We urge the administration of President Marcos Jr., along with Congress and the Judiciary, to address these pressing issues
immediately. Failure to act will mobilize the people toward reforming our government’s structure.

Together, we call upon all Filipinos—military personnel, police officers, government employees, religious leaders, farmers, workers, youth, indigenous peoples, and more—to unite for a governance system
that truly serves the people with integrity and justice.

With steadfast faith and determination under the guidance of the Almighty, we collectively lend our voices and signatures to this manifesto in support of Capt. Dado Enrique. Let us eradicate corruption and restore dignity to our governance for the betterment of all Filipinos.

Return the power to the people! End corruption! Forge
a just system! Freedom!
