We denounce an electoral coup in Georgia!

Numerous personalities denounce the massive frauds 
and called on Western governments not to recognize 
the results of the Georgian elections

For Georgia, the stakes in these elections were an existential choice between its European future (an objective enshrined in its constitution), for which the recent acquisition of candidate status offered hope, and the “Russian” path, led by the ruling “Georgian Dream” party[i], headed by the oligarch Ivanichvili.

The October 26 parliamentary election was marked by large-scale voter intimidation and a multiplicity of fraud mechanisms[ii], the scale of which seriously and profoundly altered the results. These frauds revealed a system organized and planned by the pro-Russian government with the sole aim of maintaining its hold on power.

This large-scale fraud also excluded 90% of Georgian emigrants[iii] from the vote. These voters, who were able to cast their ballots in embassies where fraud is more difficult to organize, gave only 14.23% of the vote to the government party, a far cry from the 53.93% they awarded themselves for the election as a whole.

This fraud has been denounced:

• by the Georgian people
• by the President, the country's only independent institution
• by the 4 main opposition parties, signatories of the Georgian Charter for a European Future
• by NGOs and local and international observers
• by European and American chancelleries

200,000 Georgians have already taken to the streets to protest the theft of their votes and oppose this electoral coup.

We refuse, as they refuse, to recognize the results of these elections. 

They demand, as we do, the resignation of the Georgian authorities and all those involved in the organization of these fraudulent elections. 

We ask you to support the Georgian democratic movement by putting pressure on the government of oligarch Ivanichvili.

The future of Europe is also at stake in Georgia! 

 
[i] Under the leadership of the “Georgian dream”, the Georgian authorities have already adopted the first liberticidal laws modelled on the Russian model, contrary to European values and targeting the main players in civil society (law on “agents of foreigners”, anti-lgbt etc....).
[ii] Administrative pressure, vote-buying, identity theft, falsification of electronic ballots, pre-marking of electronic ballots, physical violence, ballot box stuffing, violations of voting confidentiality, carousels, non-opening of polling stations, physical restrictions on access to voting, etc.
[iii] 1,000,000 emigrants for 31,219 votes despite an exceptional mobilization, emigrants prevented from voting by the limited number of polling stations and the distances they had to travel.

Nous dénonçons un coup d’état électoral en Géorgie!

De nombreuses personnalités dénoncent les fraudes massives 
et appellent les gouvernements occidentaux 
à ne pas reconnaître les résultats des élections en Géorgie

Pour la Géorgie, l’enjeu de ces élections était un choix existentiel entre son avenir européen (objectif inscrit dans sa Constitution) que permettait d’espérer l’obtention récente du statut de candidat et la poursuite du processus d’intégration dans l’Union Européenne et la voie « autoritaire russe », portée par le parti au pouvoir ‘‘Rêve géorgien[i]’’, dirigé par l’oligarque Bidzina Ivanichvili.

Cette élection parlementaire du 26 octobre a été marquée par l’intimidation à grande échelle des électeurs ainsi que par la multiplicité des mécanismes de fraude[ii], dont l’ampleur a gravement et profondément modifié les résultats. Ces fraudes ont révélé un système organisé et planifié par le gouvernement pro-russe avec pour seul objectif son maintien au pouvoir.

Cette fraude organisée à large échelle a par ailleurs exclu du vote 90% des émigrés géorgiens[iii]. Ceux-là, ont pu s’exprimer dans les ambassades dans lesquelles les fraudes sont plus difficiles à organiser, n’ont accordé que 14,23% des suffrages au parti du gouvernement très loin des 53,93% que ceux-ci se sont décernés sur l’ensemble de l’élection.

Cette fraude est dénoncée :

• par le peuple géorgien
• par la Présidente, seule institution indépendante du pays
• par les 4 principaux partis d’opposition, signataires de la Charte Géorgienne pour l’avenir européen
• par les ONG et les observateurs locaux et internationaux
• par les chancelleries européennes et américaines

200 000 géorgiens ont déjà, dans la rue, protesté contre le vol de leurs votes et se sont opposés à ce coup d’état électoral.

Nous refusons, comme ils le refusent, de reconnaitre le résultat de ces élections.

Ils exigent, comme nous l’exigeons, la démission des autorités géorgiennes et de tous les responsables impliqués dans l’organisation de ces élections frauduleuses.

Nous vous demandons de soutenir le mouvement démocratique géorgien en faisant pression sur le gouvernement de l’oligarque Ivanichvili.

C’est aussi en Géorgie que se joue l’avenir de l’Europe !

[iii] 1 000 000 d’émigrés pour 31 219 suffrages en dépit d’une mobilisation exceptionnelle, les émigrés empêchés notamment par le nombre limité de bureaux de vote et les distances qu’ils avaient à parcourir.

და მთავრობის მეთაურებს

ვგმობთ არჩევნების გზით გადატრიალებას საქართველოში!

ვგმობთ მასობრივ თაღლითობას, და მოვუწოდებთ დასავლეთის მთავრობებს არ აღიარონ  საქართველოს არჩევნების შედეგები!

ამ არჩევნებზე მთავარი გამოწვევა  საქართველოსთვის იყო ეგზისტენციალური არჩევანი მის ევროპულ მომავალსა და „რუსულ ავტორიტარულ“ რეჟიმს შორის, რომელიც ხელისუფლებაში მოიყვანა პარტია „ქართულმა ოცნებამ“[i] და რომელსაც ოლიგარქი ბიძინა ივანიშვილი ხელმძღვანელობს.

26 ოქტომბრის ეს საპარლამენტო არჩევნები აღინიშნა ამომრჩეველთა ფართომასშტაბიანი დაშინებით, ასევე თაღლითობის მექანიზმების სიმრავლით[ii], რამაც არსებითად შეცვალა არჩევნების შედეგები. ამ მანიპულაციებმა გამოავლინა სისტემა, რომელიც ორგანიზებული და დაგეგმილი იყო რუსეთის სპეცსამსახურების მიერ. მსგავსი მანიპულაციებით ჩატარებული არჩევნების ერთადერთი მიზანია ძალაუფლების შენარჩუნება.

ზემოთაღნიშნულმა ფართომასშტაბიანმა ორგანიზებულმა გაყალბებამ ასევე გამორიცხა ამ არჩევნებში ქართველი ემიგრანტების 90% ხმის მიცემა[iii]. ისინი, ვინც შეძლეს საკუთარი თავის გამოხატვა საელჩოებში, (სადაც გაყალბების ორგანიზება უფრო რთულია), ხელისუფლებას ხმა მისცა მხოლოდ  14,23% ხმები რაც შორს არის იმ 53,93%-ისგან, რომელიც ოცნებამ მიიწერა მთელი ქვეყნის მასშტაბით ჩატარებულ არჩევნებზე.

ამ თაღლითობის შესახებ გვამცნობს:

• ქართველი ხალხი
• პრეზიდენტი, ქვეყნის ერთადერთი დამოუკიდებელი ინსტიტუტი.
• ევროპის მომავლის საქართველოს ქარტიის ხელმომწერი 4 მთავარი ოპოზიციური პარტია.
• ადგილობრივი და საერთაშორისო არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაციები და დამკვირვებლები
• ევროპისა და ამერიკის კანცლერები

200 000 ქართველმა უკვე ქუჩაში გააპროტესტა არჩევნებში ხმების მოპარვა და გამოხატა წინააღმდეგობა ამ საარჩევნო გადატრიალების მიმართ . 

ჩვენ ვდგავართ მათ გვერდით, უარს ვაცხადებთ ამ არჩევნების შედეგის აღიარებაზე.

და მათთან ერთად ვითხოვთ საქართველოს ხელისუფლების და ყველა იმ პირის გადადგომას, ვინც მონაწილეობდა ამ გაყალბებული არჩევნების ორგანიზებაში.

გთხოვთ, ხელისუფლებაზე და ოლიგარქ ივანიშვილზე ზეწოლის გზით მხარი დაუჭიროთ ქართულ დემოკრატიულ მოძრაობას .

 დღეს სწორედ აქ და ახლა წყდება ევროპის მომავალი.
