The City Of Miami Police Department has a Tactical Robbery Unit (T.R.U.) that aggressively pursues robbery suspects.  Some of the T.R.U. officers are often in plain clothing and unmarked vehicles.  In the past year, separate incidents involving The City of Miami's T.R.U. resulted in deaths of Petey Toiussant and Arnicious Odom Jr.

The City Of Miami Police Department Tactical Robbery Unit does NOT make communities safer and tramples on the presumption of "innocent until proven guilty".
