The airline SAS has received massive criticism for frightening and humiliating its customers in its advertising. Now the company reports that it has made a billion SEK loss in the past quarter.
In its quarterly report for November-January, SAS reported a loss of SEK 1,087 million. This is a higher figure than expected and a doubling compared to the loss the company made during the corresponding period last year.
