This petition matters deeply to me, and I’d really appreciate any time you can give me.It matters to me because I am a Animal Advocate & our shelters need fixed what I am proposing  a new Texas law called Love's Law,that would be directed at the Texas shelters,it entails that a shelter not be allowed to release any animal into the home of a known animal abuser.I am also requesting that you support my petition & my proposal for a new law,I believe you too are an animal advocate...in 2023 you voted yes for every animal bill.I am looking forward to discussing this issue with you in further detail.Thank you in advance for supporting me on this very important matter.My phone number is listed above & I am available any time.Sincerly Dianne Lynn Elko Liberty 9/1/2024
