The Transition Units Theory Speech was given on November 9, 2017 at the Oklahoma State Capitol during the Honor Our Heroes II: Art Exhibition and Award Ceremony by Lorna René LLC. The speech was recorded by Robbie Person who served with 3rd Battalion 16th Field Artillery Regiment 2nd BCT 4th Infantry Division during OIF with Cornelius J. Maxwell.
