Our preliminary designs for the multi-purpose performing arts space and the Banyette Street plaza are being submitted to council for their consideration as part of the Draft Bowral Town Masterplan.
We believe that our proposal provides a clear solution to the issues that have prevented a formal project from being realised because - 
1. It brings together local people who have the skills, experience, and knowledge to plan, design, fund, and oversee such as project
2. It offers council an opportunity to realise a long-held strategic goal, at no cost to the ratepayer
3. It dovetails neatly with the Draft Bowral Town Master Plan, providing an improved solution for the Banyette Square precinct, where our proposal delivers all of the key features within the BTMP plus additional car parking and a 500 seat multi-purpose performing arts centre
4. It offers the amenity (in its location) and accessibility (for public transport and parking) required for such a facility
