We are renting , not buying , we aren’t paying mortgage. Renters are paying high prices for a studio , 1 bed room , 2 bed room this isn’t fair . We are paying this high price for the places we move in to be contaminated , bed bugs , rats, roaches , termites, old and nasty buildings we have been suffering from paying rent and we get evicted after the landlord took all our money! We don’t deserve this we pay our taxes, we look for job’s have a job and don’t get enough wages, or hour’s. We can’t keep going through this we deserve our rent to be lowered down . Landlords are asking for more than 2 documents in order for us to move in , asking for high credit and payment. Charging for each application, and expect us to pay high rent ? These landlords are slumlords . These buildings are contaminated, we get evictions due to pandemics this is something we are not able to control , and not able to afford. We are paying for mortgage obviously we are are renter’s!  These building are just nasty as hell! Nothing is new or clean about these properties and I am fed up seeing a lot of people paying rent and now on the street over pandemic, and rent being to pricey . How are we supposed to live a peaceful life if rent is causing people stress, causing people to lose a place to live ? We give these landlords down payments of $1,000-3000, and still have to pay this amount in rent . This is not fair for us ! Lower Down these rent they are contaminated nasty and landlords aren’t doing anything about it . We will pay rent on time if it was never so pricey and jobs will stop discriminating , cutting hours , and wages. It’s a pandemic still going on , and we are all facing evictions , and high raising on rent . This isn’t fair for us ,please  stop this rent raise .
