Please send an email to Waverley Councillors today urging them to make a total glyphosate ban: Waverley council set to avoid banning glyphosate at tomorrow's council meeting.

We need your help asap. The glyphosate report has been reviewed and will be presented to council on Tuesday night 20.8.19. Unfortunately the report and review has recommended not to fully ban Glyphosate usage. Purely due to a financial reason the council executives and report writer have suggested to only reduce glyphosate usage. The world health organisation has stated that Glyphosate may cause cancer, $billions have been awarded to Non-hodgkin's lymphoma cancer sufferers in the USA!!!!

It is unbelievable that the report writers and council executives are trying to influence Waverley Councillors to take the easy way out and have buried their heads in the sand again. Nothing less than a full ban is the equivalent of saying that smoking only a few cigarettes a day rather than a full pack is healthy.

This is not good enough! the report did not consult with any other councils that have banned glyphosate usage nor the lead of all French local councils that have banned glyphosate.

Please email the following council decision makers and councillors stating that "anything less than a full glyphosate ban is unacceptable":
