To all food lovers of the world! 

I am an aspiring chef studying culinary arts and hospitality at WCC. 

Today the Dean , President , and Trustees of WCC announced that the culinary arts, pastry, and hospitality program is discontinued. 

We students are only given 12 to 18 months in order to finish their degree, if not we will be cut. Some of us are not able to be full time students and are not financially capable. 

My peers, instructors, and I are starting a movement to save the culinary program. Not only is WCC taking away our dreams but they are also taking the opportunity and dreams of the youth. If my school decided to cancel the culinary program, wouldnt other schools eventually do the same? 

We will not let the food industry "die" nor "perish".
