In order to assist with creating a bill that is likely to be adopted, I suggested using the following four words:  "permanent alterations of living tissue."  I imagine anyone that has signed can appreciate the carefully picked words.

I also offered more assistance and in-person time from John Geisheker from the local Doctors Opposing Circumcision group in Seattle, a fellow intactivist from Kirkland as well as myself.
