Anyone having an issue signing?

I was just made aware that one person has mentioned it would not let him sign unless he made a payment.  I would like to know if this is happening to others.  It should not cost anything to sign your name.  If you make contributions out of the kindness of your heart, please know that as the administrator I promise any monies donate will go right back into pushing the cause forward.  It looks like right now there is 22 dollar in contributions.  Every 25 dollars allows us to have change.org promote the petition to like minded groups.  I have not and will not ask for any money.  Nor will I use any money donated on anything other then the petition.
