Current Williamsport Area School District (Williamsport, PA) School Board Of Directors Member, Star Poole is not residing within the WASD limits according to court records, yet she has not resigned from the Board, and, in fact has continued her role.

On June 11, 2021, Ms. Poole vacated her residence at 844 High St, Williamsport PA 17701 and court records indicate her being served court documents at a residence (not disclosed by this petitioner in this petition for safety-sake) in Montgomery PA 17752 on August 18, 2021.

Ms. Poole has remained an active member of the WASD Board, voting on items on the agenda for said district on behalf of the district taxpayers without residing in said district which is in violation of her elected duties.

For this reason we are requesting the immediate removal of Star Poole from the WASD School Board of Directors.
