Plans Have Not Changed for 445 Palmer ave Rocky Point Gateway

Looks like 445 Palmer ave (Rocky Point) will be the only Major Land Development for
the October 14th Planning Board Meeting:
I sent a APRA Request for any Major Land Development Applications for October 2026 Planning Board.
This is all I received. Developer didn't make any changes. Still 14 Units!

Save the Date October 14th 2026 Starts exactly at 6:00 pm so get there earlier..
