So far nothing has changed, 14 Units (7 Duplexes) still on the table. This developer is out of control. I came across plans from 2 years ago they were planning on 9 Lots and street.

Picture above is Stone Wall that borders 445 Palmer and 415 Palmer.
Plans map it as "Stone Wall Remnants".
Historic Stone Walls are protected everywhere in Warwick not just the Historic Districts. I reached out to the Warwick Historic District Commission George Shuster, he will look into it.

Also if you have concerns of the overdevelopment that is happening on Palmer Ave. and Everywhere in Warwick. Warwick Zoning Board will be taking up Two  postage stamp size lots for two new builds. One is on Palmer ave by DelGiudice Walking/Bike Path. Another one on Tidewater that is shaped like a piece of pie! Warwick Zoning Board will be held at the Sawtooth Building, same room on 09/08/26  6:00PM

Again I have a group page on Facebook.: Warwick Planning Board & Zoning Watch where I post updates on the overdevelopment!
