Can we PLEASE get WB to agree that Ozzy needs his girl Leah back?! Ya know that boy would be lost without his sassy, hard-working, smart, strong and independent girlfriend helping him in the body! Plus Leah is a character who I see would have a big influence on Mayor Spryman becoming more mature (Besides his crush on Riley that is~! ;) )! She literally had a mom scene in the movie where she convinces Frank to go on Shane’s school hiking trip against Mayor Phlegmming’s plans!
And she could definitely be the same for Riles, who had lost her own mother years ago.
