Additionally, I encourage you to engage in discussions with your colleagues about the specific changes you would like to see in your pharmacy. Once we garner more support, the next step will be to directly reach out to our District Managers. The walkouts were unfortunately not as affective as we hoped. Some of us can’t afford to miss work. So, instead we will have to continue to push together in other ways. With vaccine season approaching we need to make our voices heard as soon as possible!
