Today, the statue of Josephus Daniels that has stood in downtown Raleigh came down, down, down!  By none other than the DANIELS FAMILY themselves.  We applaud and commend them for being proactive in helping to end the longstanding practice of glorifying symbols of hate and oppression.  Unlike the patriarch, the progeny of Josephus Daniels have been active in their support of the advancement of people of color, equality and fairness.  This is just the latest in a long list of examples. Today our petition is on the school board's agenda!  Let's get it done!  Share and share alike!  Sign, sign, sign!  The more support the school board has to do the right thing the easier it will be to cast that "yes" vote!  We can do this!
