BOARD MEETING INFORMATION
Thursday, May 7th 6:00pm (If you want your comments read aloud, you MUST SUBMIT comment hold cards via email ONLY between 5:30-6:00pm May 7th.
VUSD is now only allowing submission of comments card between 5:30 and 6:00pm tomorrow. RULES CHANGE-if you already submitted your email comments-YOU MUST RESEND tomorrow.

To properly submit a Hold Card request, you'll need to do the following:
1) On the day of the meeting, you MUST email christinalupola@vistausd.org between 5:30pm and no later than 6:00pm if you want your comment cards read.
2) If you want your comment read out loud, you'll need to state that in your email and you'll need to attend the virtual meeting with your name clearly listed on the attendee list. If your name as submitted on the Hold Card request is not clearly listed as an attendee right before the Agenda Item, I will not read your comment out loud but I will be sure to share your comments with the Board and the Superintendent via email.
3)All public comments must be 3 minutes or less and that time can be waived or changed by the decision of the majority of the Board.
4) IMPORTANT-You name in your email MUST MATCH the name on your Zoom. There will be no video or audio participation for attendants. Chris Lupola will read your comments aloud.
