Voters of the United States of America! 

We have had enough of Donald Trump, his administration, (R) Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, and supporting members of Congress holding American lives hostage. All of this is completely unacceptable. As Americans we shall not allow it. We all see what this administration is trying to accomplish and enough is enough!

We, the People of the United States do hereby declare - 

Under the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, Donald Trump refuses perform the duties of his station, to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution," which means to serve the people of the United States.  

Donald Trump and his Administration, (R) Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, supporting members of Congress, are in violation of their oath to the Constitution for the attempted implementation of starvation in the United States of America; and for using necessary benefits, funded by tax-payer dollars, to attempt to starve 42 million citizens, in an effort to gain political leverage. No one is allowed to to use us as political leverage.

The current administration, supporters in Congress, and supporters in the U.S. Supreme Court, shall immediately be removed from office upon a 2/3 majority vote by petition signature of the People of the United States of America. All affected districts should implement special elections to elect new representatives as per each states special elections laws.

Either Kamala Harris assumes the role of President for the rest of the term, or we have a special election for president who would serve the rest of this term.
