In our continued effort to stop the rezoning being proposed on Sharon Lane we wanted to let you know that they City Council Meeting Vote has been deferred (again) from the 12/21/16 to January 17, 2017 – this deferral was at the request of the Developer. Please continue to spread the word, sign the petition (we now have 1,041 people that have signed the petition!) and write letters to City Council voicing our concern of the rezoning. Our hope is that the developer and land owners will build on their property based upon the current R-3 zoning restrictions which governs all of Sharon Lane.
