Dear RMSFA Store Owner, Manager, and Vaping Ally,

First, we have some good news to share.

We generated new funds to hire four additional lobbyists to help fight the upcoming Colorado statewide vaping flavor ban legislation in January, 2024 in the Colorado General Assembly.

As you know, Michael Bloomberg invests millions of dollars in our opponents, such as Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids.  We need to ensure that we have the best team to defeat any flavor ban legislation in Colorado.

Thank you to the generous vape shop owners and distributors who donated the additional funds on top of their RMSFA membership dues!

Second, the Board started mailing Vape Stickers to each of your stores.  Each store will receive 100 stickers.  The stickers have a QR code to sign up new customers to join the RMSFA for $4 a month.  Please heavily promote the stickers to your customers.  If you do not receive the stickers by mid-November, please contact me.  See attached photograph of the cool stickers.

Finally, please keep encouraging customers to sign the Change.org petition at the newly updated RMSFA website (www.RMSFA.org The petition signatures will be delivered to the Colorado State Legislature in January, 2024 to oppose the vaping flavor ban.
