Evolution Magazine Goes over exactly where our marijuana taxes are going

Read for yourself on the May and June issues(completely free). Straight from the source, our 4 percent tax that is supposed to go to veterans is mainly going directly into the MVC's employees and "keeping the lights on". NONE of this money goes to veterans.
