We have met with every board member and we have spoken to the head of the dept of heath. We have provided them with evidence that recent illness and deaths were caused by illicit THC vapes containing Vitamin E Acetate. No Nicotine Based Eliquids have been identified as being the case of any illness or death at this time. 

We have also provided studies and evidence that removing access to flavors will not reduce youth access or interest in there products. 

We have offered reasonable regulations that address the youth access concerns and still keep these products available to the 10s of thousands in our local community that utilize them to eliminate the deadly habit of traditional tobacco products.
