• This new petition is created to capture a clean VOTE FOR REMOVAL when money is available.
• We already have data that says 11th St is dangerous. An independent third party study that also says it is dangerous may facilitate removal. 
• If an independent study says 11th St is not dangerous, then leave it as is.
