🚨 Warum Diese Petition Wichtig Ist

Seit dem Zusammenbruch der afghanischen Regierung im August 2021 leben viele ehemalige Parlamentarier – die ihr Leben der Förderung von Demokratie, Frauenrechten und sozialer Gerechtigkeit gewidmet haben – in Angst, Verfolgung und permanenter Lebensgefahr. Diese mutigen Persönlichkeiten, einst die Stimme des afghanischen Volkes, sind heute schutzlos, rechtlos und ohne sicheren Fluchtweg.

Sie sind in Afghanistan gefangen und großer Gefahr ausgesetzt – nicht nur sie, sondern auch ihre Familien. Im Verborgenen lebend, sind sie extremistischen Gruppen schutzlos ausgeliefert, nur wegen ihrer früheren politischen Tätigkeit.

🆘 Was Jetzt Getan Werden Muss

Wir fordern die Vereinten Nationen, Amnesty International und demokratische Regierungen weltweit auf, sofort zu handeln:

Anerkennung dieser humanitären Krise und schnelles Eingreifen
Sofortige Schutz-, Evakuierungs- und Umsiedlungsprogramme für ehemalige Parlamentarier und ihre Familien
Schnelle und klare Asylverfahren, um gefährdete Personen zeitnah in Sicherheit zu bringen
Die Weltgemeinschaft darf nicht schweigen, während diese Hoffnungsträger verfolgt und zum Schweigen gebracht werden.

🚨 Why This Petition Matters

Since the collapse of the Afghan government in August 2021, former parliamentarians—many of whom dedicated their lives to promoting democracy, women’s rights, and social justice—have been plunged into a dire situation marked by fear, persecution, and constant threats to their lives. These brave individuals, once the voice of the Afghan people, now live in hiding without protection, legal status, or access to safe asylum routes.

Trapped inside Afghanistan, they and their families are in immediate and extreme danger. Living in secrecy, they face relentless threats from extremist groups simply because of their past service to the country.

🆘 What Needs to Be Done

We call on the United Nations, Amnesty International, and democratic governments worldwide to respond urgently:

Recognize this humanitarian emergency and act without delay.
Establish immediate protection, evacuation, and resettlement programs for former Afghan parliamentarians and their families.
Implement fast and clear asylum procedures to ensure those at risk can reach safety as soon as possible.
The international community must not turn a blind eye while these symbols of hope and progress are hunted and silenced.
