The Issue
This petition serves to illustrate the continued frustration of customers of Vodafone Ghana.
As a nation that is fully invested in the digital age, it's extremely concerning to see Vodafone, a company that has won the Telecom Company of the Year award 2 years in a row, continue to worsen with regards to the quality of their customer, internet and mobile services.
Out of the hundreds of responses we received to a tweet asking for people to share their experiences, we have collated a number of complaints customers have made and have added them as further evidence. Our hope is that the leading figures in Vodafone will bear witness to this petition and in the wake of the new year, make increased efforts to do better.
