[ Vivendi to Payback 4,366 billon euros received in Tax Benefits ! ]

Since 2004, Vivendi, the global leader on entertainment and gambling had received 4,366 billon euros from the French Government in exchange of a “promise of jobs creation”.

Instead of creating those jobs, Vivendi has destroyed 7,033 more.

“Besause the group went short on its promise and didn’t respect its commitments with the State, Vivendi must reimbursed the 4,366 billon euros”.

That is what the 36,700 people, who have signed the petition on Change.org, are demanding.

“But it’s not enough. We must go further, for there is a precedent with the French Government asking to Vivendi – in february 2015 – to reimburse 1,34 billon euros received in tax credit” according to Philippe Fontfrède, the author of the Change.org petition.

Philippe Fontfrède is adding this : “All French parlementaries, ministers and political parties are always claiming to fight fiscal optimization. Meanwhile, French taxpayers are asking for results not speech. New actions are already planned in France and in the European Commission to oblige Vivendi to reimburse those 4,366 billon euros. The fight continues”.

As such, in 2011, Vivendi SFR has been “trying” to silence him. But Vivendi SFR failed. As such, since 2004, the French Government too : President of the French Republic, Minister of Justice, Minister of Enonomy & Finance, Minister of Health,... But they all failed, as well.
