Eduardo Gory Guerrero Llanes, better known as Eddie Guerrero was a Mexican American Wrestler from El Paso Texas. Eddie Guerrero is a member of the wrestling dynasty of the Guerrero Family.

Eddie Guerrero started his humble beginnings in the El Paso Texas / Juarez Mexico borderland, and went on to become one of the greatest wrestlers performing on the grandest of stages.

Eddie Guerrero became a household name and continues to live on not only through his accomplishments but by the impact he had on the wrestling industry and solidifying himself in the history of El Paso.

Eddie Guerrero not became a hero but a superhero to the youth of El Paso, he had shown us that anything is possible if you work hard enough and follow your dreams.

With his recent induction into the, El Paso Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2023, I believe it is time to cement his legacy and impact on our community by establishing a memorial to Eddie and the Guerrero family that will continue to motivate, influence and honor his contributions for generations to come.

By establishing an Eddie Guerrero Statue and/or Memorial, in the city of El Paso it will not only generate tourism but will help educate and showcase our beautiful city, sister city and our home the borderland where dreams can come true.
