HB2159, Delegate Nancy Guy's bill to ban the intentional release of balloons in Virginia has passed the House and Senate in the 2021 General Assembly. Next stop is Governor Northam's desk to sign it into law. Thank you to everyone who signed the petition and contacted their state representatives.
