Pedestrian crossing gaining traction

This proposal for a pedestrian crossing on Forest Road has gained the support of the Chandler Ward Councillor, Cr John Mortimore and our local MP, The Hon. Heidi Victoria. Hon. Victoria has written a Parliamentary Petition, which will now supersede this petition. We are working towards gaining 1000 signatures on this petition, so The Hon. Heidi Victoria can table this petition to Parliament. Both The Hon. Heidi Victoria and Cr. John Mortimore will be at The Basin shops on Sunday 17th September between 10am-12pm, to get these signatures. As supporters of this proposal, I ask that you please sign the new parliamentary petition as your previous signature won't be counted. The petition can be found at The Wright Street Milk-bar, The Basin Pre-school, and the office at both Boronia K-12 and The Basin Primary School.
