Available appointments not visible in Online Booking System

Yesterday on 12 Oct around 4:15pm I received a message from a colleague that appointments for G test are available for 17 Oct in Guelph Centre. As I was already online searching for appointments, I checked Guelph Centre but there was no appointments available on website. I called the call centre. It took more than 35 min to connect to Operator. She confirmed that appointments were available with them but were gone in 30 min. She was not aware of the fact that why those appointments were not available on their website? Today, on 13 Oct around 2:15pm again, appointments for 14 Oct were opened for G2 in Brampton. But these appointments were available through call centre only and not through Booking Website. This behaviour is being noticed by us for last 4 months. Some of Driving Instructors are not even aware of this anomaly. These poor fellows are searching for appointments day and night on website. Some of us who are aware of this anomaly are on the phone trying to reach call centre whole day. What a miserable life of a Driving Instructor? My question is if website is not workable then why they keep it online to fool the public?
