Online Booking System remained down throughout the day today.

Online Booking System is down since morning. By the way Website is online but Road Test Booking page is unable to load. Do anyone in MTO or Serco is aware of this issue. I can't get through Serco Call Centre to notify them about this issue since morning. Same recorded message that "All our agents are busy. Please call again later" . As per contract with Project Co, there should be a notice on the front page even for this kind unscheduled down time within a specific period of time. Let us get UNITED to get this issue fixed forever.
