Susan Rice has long history on meddling in the internal political and civil matters of Africa. Her well crafted "Divide and Rule" strategy in East and West Africa that started in the early years of 1990s has been a disaster. From conflicts, coupe d'etat and unmanageable revolutions in the north eastern part of Africa and the support of many horrible dictators in the West and Southwestern countries of Africa.
