BIG news! At the press conference yesterday, Gov Ige has officially gave HB1570 a veto! With multiple issues on this measure including title conflict and challenges to its unconstitutionality, and what he recognized as a large amount of public comment in opposition, HB1570 was officially killed last night. 

I wanted to send out a very huge MAHALO to everyone who took the time to let their voice be heard and sign this petition, call and email the state offices to let them know Hawaii adults need access to harm reduction technologies and the state should not dictate their ability to use these products in any form. 

For 7 years the state has been trying to ban flavored vaping products and you can bet next year 2023 they will be again. Remain strong in our efforts next year to protect these products for the adults they are intended for.
