Did you know that you or a loved one could walk into a VA hospital as a veteran needing urgent assistance and be assaulted with (Phasor Pain Field) pistol in the base of your skull, by the VA police? For those who don’t know, a PPF is a device that can cause pain, death, stroke, heart attack, dizziness, swelling, impact mobility & a host of other serious physical problems.  This is what happened to Fort Wayne, Indiana resident LaDana Houston, as she was reporting the unlawful use of the device by 5 residents of her cul-de-sac, in Longwood, who are also family members of her former chain-of-command at Fort Lee, VA, and executive & clinical staff at the Fort Wayne VA with an axe to grind for reporting military sexual trauma.  Believing she would be helped at her local VA, she was harmed.  No veteran should be in danger of assault, abuse or loss of life inside a VA facility.  The veteran contacted the Fort Wayne VA Medical Center Director’s office for help and was hung up on repeatedly.  Transparent and integral leadership would’ve scheduled an opportunity to sit down with the veteran(s) to hear, address and call for an administrative investigation and resolution.  The Fort Wayne facility continues to be scripted and unwilling to address & resolve this matter.  The VA white-house line representative asked repeatedly, “Who all have you told about this?”  To date, not one investigator has appropriately followed up with the veteran regarding these unspeakable crimes.   In retaliation for reporting this issue all 911 calls to her Fort Wayne residence or place of emergency are intentionally mis-characterized by dispatchers as “meet party” or “mental illness” so the perpetrators aiming the device are shielded from arrest or prosecution and the veteran denigrated. On Fri., 8/11@9:45 p.m. the deputy chief of police showed up at the veteran’s home, unannounced, with his marked police truck, parked in her drive way, asking, “Do you have a daughter?” and laughingly asking, “How do you feel when they aim the device at you?  Do you feel suicidal when they do it?” Days later the same deputy police chief called her cellphone at 1:20 p.m. and left a voicemail telling her not to call 911 to report the unlawful use of the Phasor or the persons aiming the device.  The crime of assaulting, abusing & targeting military veterans must be stopped.  If this injustice is not addressed you or your loved one could visit a VA facility, be assaulted unaware and succumb to those same injuries.  Veteran abuse in the U.S. is more prevalent than what is realized or reported. Countless veterans have shared horrific stories of in-service assault & being targeted after military service.  These veterans are being pushed to the grave thru the unlawful use of this device.  The gentleman in the picture is an active duty Air Force Security Forces (military policeman) in the Tennessee Air National Guard who drove hours in his black toyota corolla to show up in a church parking lot, to not only impose upon the veteran’s religious freedom, but to aim a microwave sensor at the veteran’s head, as she was leaving a worship service.  As this military law enforcement officer’s picture was being taken, he started bowing his head & sliding down in his vehicle.  His identity can be traced back to the veteran’s former Commanding General of Cascom, Fort Lee, Virginia. When this incident was reported to the Fort Wayne VA, the veteran was not only assaulted by the VA police, but was threatened by another officer with an involuntary hospitalization, with the officer laughing, saying, “They can’t kill you here! I will take out an EDO (emergency detainment order) on you!” For veterans to serve their countries and then be abused at the very facilities designed to bring health and healing is despicable.  This device is not only being aimed at the veteran, but at her spouse’s leg, who also, is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp having served honorably in Afghanistan during Desert Storm. This unthinkable practice of military law enforcement & veteran personnel being utilized to covertly terrorize & abuse military veterans inside federal facilities, places of worship & city streets is inhumane.  On 8/17/23, @ 10:00 p.m. the veteran’s medical records were falsified by the nurse in the emergency room.  When the physician was told, he admitted the veteran’s records were falsified, apologized and said he would do an addendum & delete the note entirely.  With the help of lawmakers, our families, fellow veterans & our communities, we can help to end the war on veterans & make changes to protect our nation’s heroes.  Please support veterans everywhere by sharing this petition and supporting this cause.  Our heroes are depending upon it.
