According to an August 12th article in Fortune, Vermont's COVID cases rose 245% in the past two weeks alone. Even though vaccinated people are protected from severe illness themselves, we know they can spread Delta in the community. As of today (8/15) children currently make up about 2.4% of the nation's COVID-19 hospitalizations and rising. Universal masking in school is just a good communal health policy!
