C Michelle Pierce-Miller states: I work for Verizon Coporate. This unfortunate incident isn't Verizon responsibility. The company that pays the employees salary is resonsibility. Verizon does review contact with 3rd party vendors, but there are thousands. There is no way they can check up on these independent dealers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Outrageous! You consider Verizon a leader in technology, so it's inconvenient to have a system in place to check if your vendors are properly insured? But it's okay, because at the end of the day these thousands of vendors produce big money for you. So it's clear the money is more important than protection and safety of human life. Verizon you must do better!
