I did everything this company asked.  I made videos and took the time to get them involved.  I was forced to involve the BBB which was not effective.  The company did tell the BBB they were working on it, but they have not followed through.  I seriously warn you not to buy or immediately chargeback.  I used PayPal and that's not a real bank and charging back won't work.  Looks like I am stuck with this broken product that was claimed to be so good.
