Hello, it's Adam Hawk here with an update.
I have decided to seek the nomination for a spot on the Vancouver Green Party slate ahead of the October 2026 City Council and Mayoral Election. The party membership will be selecting candidates for next year’s election at a nomination meeting happening in a few months.
I am seeking the support of the cycling community in my bid to secure a spot on the slate and make cycling infrastructure a key plank in the platform. My personal priorities center on abundant affordable housing, protection of greenspace, improved conditions for the arts and culture community, and improved civilian oversight of policing.
