My mom spent 22 years as an Army wife. All of her children were born on a military base here or Germany,  She raised eight kids, packing and unpacking, following my father.  Our family life, I wouldn't have changed anything.  

BUT now that my mom is in her late 80s, and is in need of her widow's rights under the VA, she has been denied. Why you ask? Well, my father divorced her after 28 years together.  Yes he remarried,  my mother never did. So who qualifies for these benefits? Not my mom, who LIVED the Army life. IF YOU LIVE THE ARMY LIFE, YOU DESERVE ALL BENEFITS. 

My petition is to address the Veterans Administration,  to change this abhorrent rule and decision.  VA widow rights and benefits should go to THOSE who lived it. Its extremely important we stand up for all Veterans and their families.  Thank you for your support.  MAKE THIS VIRAL AWARENESS!!
