Progress: Meeting and Escalation to PTV Customer Advocate

HI Everyone, It is great to see a few more people have signed the petition. Well done and welcome aboard! I wanted to share I have had a meeting with a V/Line Customer Resolutions Officer and have been heartened by the exchange. I have also escalated my compliant to VPT Customer Advocacy Office. Importantly Don Nardella is continuing to follow up the matter. As a consequence of all the action a couple of rumours are filtering through to me. They are worth being informed about and I will share as soon as I have confirmations. I will continue to keep you up to date and once again. Thank You for your support Janelle
