Every semester students are required to pay fees up front as part of tuition that cover the use of facilities such as gyms, sports fields, recreation items, and student activities and events.

   Due to Covid-19, many facilities and gyms have been closed, and all student events have been canceled without compensation or restitution.

   Therefore, we as students of the institution are petitioning Utah State University to refund a portion of the money they required upfront in place of this semester's services they are unable to provide.
